About this event:

The Minden & District Horticultural Society are pleased to welcome you to our 38th Annual Garden Show, ‘Garden Celebrations‘ … more than just flowers.  Join us in celebrating Canada’s 150th.  We are also very excited as 2017 marks the 40th anniversary of our Society.

Visit our land of flowers, specimens, decoratives, collections, potted plants and vegetables, featured along with photography and our junior entries.

Admission is $7.00 which includes refreshments.  Children 12 and under are free.  There are lots of door prizes.

Opening ceremony Friday, August 11 at 7:15pm.

Special prizes for ‘Most Overall Points’, ‘Best in Show’ and ‘First Time Exhibitor with Most Points’.  We encourage you all to exhibit and join in the fun!!  Please refer to the Garden Show insert on your 2017 Yearbook for exhibitor categories, rules & regulations, etc.
