Three Ivory Silk Lilac trees will be purchased for Fall planting. MJ & Karen met with Mark Coleman of the Township to confirm the planting location by the Arena. They will be planted 8’ apart. It is suggested that we purchase 3 plaques, 2 to be engraved for the memorial trees and a third one blank for future use. Rose O’Dell hopes to attend the planting. The membership will be notified when the official ceremony occurs in the Spring.

The profit from the Flower Show was incorrectly reported at the last General Meeting. The income was $994.00, with expenses of $710.92, which leaves a profit of $283.08. A Pot Luck Lunch is planned at Margaret Giles’ house on September 9th beginning at 10:30 am to prepare the theme, booklet, etc. for Flower Show Aug. 7-8, 2015.
